<p>Die bei der Anmeldun g angegebenen Daten bleiben in unserem internen System gespeichert, werden a ber nie an Dritte weitergegeben. Auf Wunsch können diese auch wieder vollst ändig gelöscht werden. 3 mal jährlich wird an alle gespeicherten E-Mail-A dressen ein Newsletter verschickt, der natürlich jederzeit mittels Unsubscr ibe-Funktion abbestellt werden kann. <p>Kur se und Gebühren</p>
<p>Die Kurse und Gebühren sind dem aktuellen Kurspr ogramm zu entnehmen. Druckfehler vorbehalten. Kinderpreise gelten bis zu ein em Alter von 16 Jahren. Die Anzahl der Kursteilnehmer ist beschränkt. Anme ldungen werden nach Datum der Anmeldung gereiht.<br />Entrichtung der Kursge bühren</p>
<p>Der Kursbeitrag ist jeweils am 1. des jeweiligen Monats (be i Monatskursen) oder am 1. des Monats des angehenden Semesters (bei Semester kursen) fällig. In Einzelfällen kann die Academy-Leitung eine Zahlung au f Teilbeträge zulassen. Die einzelnen Kurstermine sind kein Kontingent. Ve rsäumte Kursstunden können deshalb zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nicht n achgefordert werden. Nach Absprache mit der Academy-Leitung ist es in Einzel fällen möglich versäumte Einheiten in Parallelkursen nachzuholen. Die Kursgebühren sind durch Überweisung auf das Academy-Konto zu entrichten. </p>
<p>Storno</p>
<p>Der Kurs kann schriftlich oder per Mail bis einen Ta g vor dem ersten Kurstermin storniert werden. In diesem Fall wird der gesamt e Kursbeitrag storniert. Nach dem ersten Kurstag ist keine Stornierung mehr möglich und es werden 100% des Beitrags einbehalten. Bei Verhinderung oder Abbruch des Kurses seitens des Kundens entsteht kein Anspruch auf Rückver gütung. Falls keine einzige Einheit des Kurses besucht wird, versteht sich der einbezahlte Betrag als Gutschrift,gültig für das darauffolgende Tan zsemester.</p>

<p>Die Academy-Leitung behält sic h vor einzelne Kurse aus organisatorischen Gründen abzusagen. In diesem Fa ll werden die Kursgebühren zu 100% rückerstattet.<br />Änderungen der Termine, Uhrzeiten, Lehrer sowie des Kurslokals sind jederzeit möglich.
